Reports
In the top menu of Requests and Contracts, we have the "Reports" tab, where you can access the general reports of each feature.
But in the Reports area, you can generate the general demand report, with all the information and also the time-by-step report, where you can track how long each demand has been stuck at each step.
Report format:
- General report - CSV
- Time-by-step-report - XLS
- Table report - CSV
Important: If you want to open your general report via Excel, you need to transform the format so that you can read correctly.
* In Google Sheets, you don't need to perform any transformations."
To perform the transformation follow the step by step:
1. Download the file on your computer;
2. In Excel click on the top menu under "Data";
3. Select the option "Text for CSV";
4. Find the file again to import it;
5. When you open a new Excel tab, click "Load".
Okay, your report will be formatted correctly.
